Tahalof Al-Khair

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tac-rentals.sa website and the equipment rental and heavy transport services provided by Tahalof Al-Khair for Equipment & Transport, a Saudi company within TAC Group, Commercial Registration No. 1010673674 and Unified No. 7009514659, headquartered in Riyadh (Al-Jazirah District). By requesting a quotation or contracting with us, you agree to these terms. Where a signed rental contract with the client differs from these general terms, the signed contract prevails.

Scope of Services

Tahalof Al-Khair provides heavy equipment rental with certified operators, in addition to heavy transport services across all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Rental is available on daily, weekly, monthly, or annual terms as agreed in writing. All equipment is company-owned, maintained in-house with genuine spare parts, and delivered to the client's site. These terms apply to all services unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.

Quotations and Confirmation

All quotations we issue are indicative and non-binding until confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of the company. Quotations are prepared based on the information provided by the client; any change in scope of work, location, duration, or site conditions may require a revised quotation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon written confirmation and completion of the agreed contractual requirements.

Client Site Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing safe and suitable access to the site for equipment delivery, operation, and removal, including adequate ground conditions and sufficient maneuvering space. The client must obtain all permits, licenses, and approvals required for the work at their site before the equipment arrives, and must inform us in advance of any hazards or restrictions at the site. Delays or costs arising from unprepared site conditions or missing permits are borne by the client.

Operation by Our Certified Operators Only

Equipment is operated exclusively by our certified operators. The client and its personnel may not operate, move, or modify the equipment under any circumstances. Our operators follow the client's work instructions on site to the extent they are safe and consistent with proper use of the equipment, and the operator may suspend work if conditions are unsafe.

Insurance and Incidents

Our equipment is covered by comprehensive insurance. In the event of any accident or incident on site, the client must notify us immediately, preserve the scene where feasible, and cooperate with us and with the insurer in any investigation or claim. Damage arising from the client's breach of these terms — such as unsafe site conditions the client failed to disclose — remains the client's responsibility to the extent provided in the rental contract and applicable regulations.

Cancellation and Postponement

Requests to cancel or postpone a confirmed booking must be sent to us in writing as early as possible. The terms of cancellation or postponement — including any charges for mobilization work already carried out — are set out in the rental contract or the quotation confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to fleet availability.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms, and any contract between us and the client, are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts or judicial bodies in the Kingdom.

General Provisions and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on tac-rentals.sa applies at the time of each request. If any provision of these terms is held invalid by a competent authority, the remaining provisions continue in full force. For questions regarding these terms, contact us at info@tac-rentals.sa or by phone and WhatsApp on +966 59 516 5509.
